Understanding Your Pedometer
Moxie wants to see you making big moves, and that's why she included a blue & white pedometer in your Welcome Kit. It's designed to help you keep track of how many steps you take in a day.
But how does it work?
There are three important parts to your pedometer, labeled in the above illustration. Let's have a closer look:
1. Reset Button: A quick click on this resets your step count back to zero.
2. Display: This screen tells you how many steps you've taken.
3. Clip: On the underside of the pedometer, there is a clip perfect for attaching to your belt, sliding on your waist band or hooking on your pocket.
To get started, all you need to do is reset your pedometer. After you make sure the display reads zero, clip the pedometer onto your belt, waist band or pocket and then get walking! It's easy.
Doctors recommend walking 10,000 steps a day. Can you make it? Moxie thinks you can!
