Rosemary-Dijon Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. low sodium Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. dried rosemary
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp red hot-pepper sauce
- cooking spray
- 4 skinless chicken breasts, halved
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Combine mustard, oil, rosemary, salt and hot-pepper into sauce
- Lightly spray a baking pan
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in pan
- Spoon over sauce
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes
