Rosemary-Dijon Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. low sodium Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. dried rosemary
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp red hot-pepper sauce
  • cooking spray
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts, halved

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  2. Combine mustard, oil, rosemary, salt and hot-pepper into sauce
  3. Lightly spray a baking pan
  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer in pan
  5. Spoon over sauce
  6. Bake 40 to 45 minutes
