Sometimes the weather is less than optimal for going outside, but what’s a gal to do to get some exercise?

That’s when I boot up my old computer and start searching around. Here are some good online videos I found to help keep me fit without braving the cold:

  • 17 Minute Chair Exercise: Get your heart pumping while taking it easy on your back and knees too, with this short and fun video perfect for people who want to try something new
